Printed smaller than should be
Possible Manufacturing defects:
colored spot in canvas bag from manufacturer
variation in coloring of design when pressed (manufacturing defect of design coloring)
For Screen Printed items, a possible misprint or slight migration of ink.
Please Note: Seconds are not eligible for returns or refunds and are sold “As Is”. Only in the case of a mug arriving broken or a crack being found in the mug that was not discovered by us will you be eligible for refund/replacement. Please reach out if this is the case.
