This Shirt is a oopsie - meaning during the printing process either a manufacturing defect was found in the shirt or the design had a slight flaw.
Possible Design Flaws:
Printed slightly off center
Printed smaller than should be
Possible Manufacturing defects:
colored spot in shirt from manufacturer
variation in coloring of vinyl when pressed (manufacturing defect of vinyl coloring)
For Screen Printed shirts, a possible misprint or slight migration of ink.
